2. German Working Out Loud Community Treffen

Anbei meine englischen Notizen:
- What is happening? Meditation, 2.500 years old, like Headspace
- A basic skill that everyone should have, intrinsic motivators, an universal practice
- Australian Tax Office, Adelaide: someone raised her hand, held a presentation, all 46 members attended a circle, plus 10 more after that: 120% rate
- Cooperative Extension, Cornell University NY: leverage the resources. Next: Conference in San Antonio, Texas Course next week to describe the trajectory / path and then institutionalize it to leverage and accelerate
- Define the purpose in a specific context.
- Making it easier in 2016: from an app over collecting feedback and data to the course
- What are the others practices in a Laloux' Redefining Organisations teal org?
- Tipp for the 1st circle: make it personal.
- Holidays: like pausing circles for 4 weeks
- Innovations: survey forms, translations, different forms of set up timings, ...
- Convincing a CEO:
 1. doing small experiments (3-4 circles) and getting feedback / testimonials
 2. case studies / benchmarks: who else is doing it?
- Two speeds:
 1. advanced users of social media
 2. corporate environment
- Shrink the change, do something that is less fearful -> email and personal meetings; more important: framing her goal in who could help me and what can I contribute
- Lean In circles: train the facilitators; instead make the circles more simple.
- Headspace App. Mild, medium, spicy variations
- All newbies, want to get in contact with the social world, need a safe and guided world into the digital world
- FrameWOL as "How to build your skill set for the digital world."
- How to learn leadership in a connected world? Recognition?

- Facilitator / Subcommunitymanager-Ausbildung
- Systemunterstützung: sehr interessantes MVP von Jochen
- WOLcamp am Wochenende?
- Cebit? Republica?

Habe ich etwas vergessen?
